Do I have to register an account to make a purchase?
You may purchase as a guest, but we do highly recommend registering an account with us to track your order status, past orders, and have your shipping details in place for your next purchase.
Where should I insert the promo code?
Do insert your promo code at the “Coupon Discount” section on the Cart or Checkout page.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Each vendor handles their own shipping and hence it is subject to respective vendor to offer free shipping or charge a fee for shipping. Do check the product page for shipping details.
Do you deliver to all areas within Malaysia?
Yes, we deliver nationwide, which covers regions in both West Malaysia & East Malaysia.
Can I arrange for Overseas delivery?
We only ship to Malaysia addresses for the time being.
How do I check the shipping cost?
You may check the shipping cost at the Cart or Checkout page once you have inserted your shipping address.
How long is the processing and shipping time?
The average processing time is 1-3 business days, subject to the vendor. The average shipping time is 3-7 business days, subject to the Logistics Service Provider engaged by the vendor. For exact timing, refer to the respective vendor's Processing & Shipping Time stated on the product page. NOTE: Some packages may experience shipping delays (1-2 weeks) as our logistics partners try to circumvent the MCO implemented by the Government.
Why have I received the same order (multiple products) in a separate parcels?
Each vendor handles their shipping, and hence products that you buy from different vendors will be shipped out separately from their respective warehouses.
Which payment method does AUTO2U accept?
We accept FPX, Credit & Debit Card (Visa & Master), and most Online Banking Transfer (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and more).
Does AUTO2U offer Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) payment option?
We do not offer a Buy Now Pay Later payment option for the time being.
How do I know if my order/purchase is confirmed?
You will receive an Order Confirmation Email from us upon successful payment.
I did not receive the Order Confirmation Email? What should I do?
Do cross-check your junk/spam folder to see if the Order Confirmation Email landed there instead of your inbox. If it's not there, please take either one of the following steps: Registered User: Log into your account and check your order in the “My Account” section. If you can see the order details, that means your order is confirmed. If not, please contact email@example.com for assistance. Guest User: Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org - we will be happy to help.
How do I track my order status?
We will send out an email with Parcel Tracking Number once the vendor had shipped out your order. As a Registered User, you can also check your order status in “My Account” section.
I need to change or amend the delivery address and contact number. Is it possible?
Due to security reasons, our customer service cannot make any amendments after you have confirmed the order. Do make sure all contact & shipping details are correct before proceeding to checkout.

What is the AUTO2U Return & Refund policy?
AUTO2U is an e-commerce marketplace where we provide a platform for our vendors to sell their products online. Hence, the Return & Refund policy is at the discretion of the respective vendor. Do go through the vendor’s return & refund policy before purchasing the product.
What should I do if the goods received are damaged/dented/defective/incorrect item?
Please liaise with your respective vendor with regards to their specific return & refund policy.
