No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for:

1.Defects and damages are due to misuse, fault of negligence or usage other than the normal and customary manner.

2.The product is modified, disassembled, or attempted repair by any person.

3.The Returns & Exchange request is subject to Management approval. All defect claims will be reviewed and judged by the Management.

Our Policy:

We offered 6 months warranty for CBS car cover model only to all our customers from the date you receive your original purchase. In the event, if there is any warranty claim, all you have to do is contact us via e-mail (enquiry@freshleader.com). From there, we will do our best to address your return inquiries.

Terms & Conditions:-

• Please include as much information and photos as possible about your return including: reason for the return.
• Our returns department will review your RMA request and notify you whether or not your request has been approved or denied. If approved, you will be provided with detailed instructions for returning or exchanging your purchase.
• We will proceed with an Exchange request when we have received confirmation from our warehouse that your original purchase has been received and the problem has been verified.
• Items must be sent back in proper packaging; failing which we will cancel the warranty request without further notice.
• Warranty exchange of 1-to-1 can be done for 1 time only.
• Buyer will bear the return shipping cost to the seller for warranty exchange and the Seller will bear the redelivery cost to the buyer.
• You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the return and exchange have been processed. Please note that it may take up to two weeks to process the request. When we ship your new purchase(s), you will be sent a notification via e-mail. This e-mail will also contain a new tracking number!
